Payment
You can pay with the following cards: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, eDankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and JBC. We are using a secure server and a payment-gateway from Quickpay, which has been approved by PBS (Payment Business Services). All card informations will be send cryptised with the secure SSL-tecnologi. The money will be drawn from your account, when your order is ready for dispatch. If we have problems to deliver, for instance if a unique or article on offer has been sold out, we will send you an e-mail to the mail address, you have forwarded together with your order.
Confirmation of order
All orders will be confirmed automatically by e-mail. Your articles will be send according to the delivery time mentioned below.

Unique articles, articles on offer and other ready-made articles: About 3 days.

All orders are send by PostDanmark.
Foreign parcels are send by CarryOn Cash.

Track & trace
When your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an e-mail with your dispatch number. After this you can follow your delivery via PostDanmarks www.postdanmark.dk ”Find brev/pakke - Track & trace”.
Delivery costs
All items are send without cost inside Denmark. Delivery costs outside Denmark is calculated by weight and added to the final price. Before you approve your order, you can see what the full amount on your delivery will be.
VAT
You have the possibility to see the prices both included VAT and without. It is only people living outside EU, who can buy without VAT. All others will have to buy the Danish VAT on 25 %. If you are living outside EU and not supposed to pay Danish VAT, you must be aware, that you have to pay customs duty and VAT in your own country.
Return/exchange
According to the legislation about e-trading you have 14 days full right to return all articles not especially manufactured* (adapted) for you. The article must be unused and in the same condition, as you received it. You yourself pay for the returning of the parcel, while all other costs will be refunded by Lone Spohr Design. This means, that the same amount, as you have paid for the delivery, will be returned to your account within 3 days after our reception of your parcel.

* When a product has to be manufactured and adapted especially for you, the right to regret ends, when the salesman (Lone Spohr Design) starts to manufacture and adapt the article. This means in practice, that products, which are adapted to personal measurements or is ordered in a colour outside our actual colour chart, can not be returned/exchanged. Still you have the possibility to regret your buy of an adapted article up till 3 days. This correspond to that period, we calculate with before starting to effect your order. After those 3 days it is not possible to regret your buy unless it happens according to a special agreement with Lone Spohr Design.
